Loan Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your loan application before our internal pre-approval, you may be eligible for a refund of any fees paid.
Duplicate Payment: If you have made a duplicate payment towards your loan fees or charges, you are entitled to a refund of the excess amount paid.
Overpayment: If an amount greater than what is due is paid towards your loan, a refund of the excess amount will be processed.

2. Non-Refundable Charges
The following fees are non-refundable:

Pre-Approval Fees: All processing fees are non-refundable once the loan application is processed and approved.
Service Charges: Any service charges incurred during the loan process are also non-refundable.

3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Provide Details: Include your loan application number, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation.
Review Process: Your request will be reviewed within 7-10 business days].

4. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved, it may take 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account.

5. Payment Method

Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction. If this is not feasible, we will communicate an alternative method with you.
